Due to recognition by professionals and thanks to votes by visitors, Pesti Vigadó has won this year's Business Excellence Award in the category ‘event venue'
For the seventh consecutive year this year, Business Excellence Awards were conferred in ten categories on 5th July 2017. This time, the Hungarian magazine for business travellers entitled Business Traveller Hungary called upon its readers and business partners to vote for the best Hungarian meetings, incentives, conferences and events service providers in several categories: votes were cast in ten categories ranging from travel agencies through airlines to restaurants. Based on reader's opinions, three nominees in each category were selected by a professional jury, following the fashion of former years. Out of these three nominees, voters could select the service providers they most highly esteem and, in addition, they could also nominate their own selections of service providers. In this latter category, service providers with the highest number of nominations received prizes of the audience's choice.
In the category ‘event venue', Pesti Vigadó, based on readers' opinions and the professional jury's decision, became one of the three finalists and eventually, thanks to readers' votes, it was ranked first in this year's competition for awards.
On this special occasion, Pesti Vigadó Nonprofit Ltd. wishes to take the opportunity to congratulate the winners of all categories and would like to express its gratitude to voters having participated in the contest and having supported Pesti Vigadó.
Following the reception of the award Best of Budapest & Hungary, Business Excellence Award is now the second professional recognition that Pesti Vigadó has received this year.
