The Best of Budapest and Hungary Award was founded in 1993 by Budapest Week Publishing in order to acknowledge those Budapest-based service providers that offer constant high quality services at a consistent level of professionalism. This year, the award has already been presented in 47 categories. The award is outstanding in that it is bestowed jointly by the general public and the industry to commendable service providers based on their previous year's performance.

Pesti Vigadó has been awarded this prestigious prize for the sixth time in total, and has thereby been recognised once again in this category among the best conference and event venues.
