This exhibition is featured as a preparatory event leading up to the 52nd International Eucharistic Congress organised in Budapest in 2020. The showcasing presents the central element of the Catholic faith: the Eucharist. The exhibition provides several perspectives to this most inner aspect of faith through offering an easy-to-understand experiential approach.

The distinguished reverence of bread and wine, which makes Christ’s sacrifice – by embodying his body and blood – tangible, is demonstrated by a series of miracles throughout the centuries during the history of the Catholic Church. With the help of spectacular artistic means, the central installation of the exhibition presents artworks from old times together with the key words associated with them for the purpose of disclosing the secrets of the human and divine worlds.
