Event of the 13th Open House - Festive Day of Arts
We not only love receiving gifts, but giving them too. There is great joy in creating something, carefully wrapping it, and an even greater happiness in unwrapping a beautifully decorated little package.
During the open art workshop Gift, participants choose a small stone that fits comfortably in the palm of their hand. They can draw on it, decorate it, and wrap it in special papers, textiles, or threads before taking it home. The act of creation becomes an invitation to a unique experience: participants prepare a surprise for themselves.
The creative process focuses on self-love, self-care, and connecting to one’s own needs, offering both playfulness and a sense of deeper reflection. Up to 10 participants can create at the same time, working at their own pace, and the workshop can be joined continuously. Creating one “Gift” takes approximately 25 minutes, and both children and adults can take part together. No prior drawing skills or artistic background are required.
