An accompanying programme of the BALANCE – Industry and Art – FISE exhibition
Please note, that the event is in Hungarian!
Small and large. Light and heavy. Natural and artificial. Soft and hard. Inside and outside. Supporting and weighing down. Countless small contrasts permeate our days and our lives. But where does balance lie? How can we maintain it?
What forms, materials and techniques express our individual world and our sense of balance?
At the KACs Workshop, we will explore these questions and express our own sense of balance by creating jewellery: either a pair of earrings or a pendant.
A wide variety of materials, including recyclable and natural materials, and technical solutions such as sewing, embroidery, appliqué and joining techniques will be available to participants.
The programme will take place with a minimum of three participants.
Workshop leaders: textile designer and artist Ágnes Elek and design manager Anikó Nagy, members of FISE and the founders and directors of the KACs Workshop.
