Leave your mark – fashion weaving workshop

Are you interested in fashion and crafts? Would you like to create something completely unique? Join us for a special, inspiring experience surrounded by the works on display! Bring your friends or family, or come on your own: all ages are welcome (from 10 to 99)! There are no limits here – only your creativity matters.

What happens at the workshop?

Using weaving techniques, we will create winter outfits for distinctive animal figures. Participants will learn the basics of weaving and explore different ways of combining materials and colours before creating their own compositions based on their individual ideas.

The workshop offers a relaxed and inspiring creative experience for anyone wishing to immerse themselves in a traditional craft and make a personal, handmade object. Naturally, participants can take their finished creations home at the end of the workshop.

All materials and tools will be provided on site, so you only need to bring your enthusiasm. Our relaxed and friendly workshop leaders will be there to help you throughout the session.

Admission to the workshops is free with a valid ticket to either the BALANCE – Industry and Art exhibition or the BALANCE Czech–Hungarian joint exhibition.
